Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years shipping in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with UPS WorldShip or FedEx Ship Manager is a plus.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication; work independently or on a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare finished signage products for shipment using appropriate packaging.
• Verify customer orders, packing slips, and shipping docs for accuracy.
• Process domestic and international shipments with carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL).
• Create shipping labels, bills of lading, and related docs.
• Schedule freight pickups and coordinate with carriers.
• Load/unload shipments; operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues; maintain inventory counts.
• Create reports and additional documentation as required.
