Signicast seeks a Shipping Coordinator to arrange freight, manage export documentation, and input quality records for shipments under the supervision of the Production Control Manager. The role collaborates with production and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and accurate data entry.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or HSED and 3–5 years of shipping/receiving in manufacturing, with strong Excel and documentation skills. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or HSED equivalent.
• 3-5 years experience in shipping/receiving in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop orders.
• Proficient in Excel and basic data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Schedule customer shipments via carrier or web.
• Submit shipping and quality documents through customer portals.
• Process export documents as needed.
• Assist with order entry for commercial work.
• Review EDI schedules and triggers as directed.
• Expedite parts with manufacturing and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain records and prepare reports; analyze data.
