Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, inventory control, purchasing, customer service, manufacturing administration, or a related field.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills; able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and business systems; ability to learn ERP/shipping systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound truck traffic and verify drivers in/out.
• Prepare bills of lading and shipping paperwork; update order details.
• Enter and audit information in shipping, inventory, and ERP systems.
• Monitor inventory, place orders as needed, and support vendor deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, plant teams, and corporate partners.
