Orion Talent is seeking a Shipping/Logistics Associate to manage all outgoing shipments, ensure accuracy of documents, and coordinate pickups. You will prepare packing lists, labels, and shipping docs and work closely with warehouse teams.

The role supports daily shipping operations, unloads deliveries, and assists customers with pre- and post-shipping needs, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

Responsibilities

• Preparing all shipping documents needed, arranging all carrier and customer pickups.
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Preparing, packaging and labeling products.
• Maintaining accurate inventory/shipping records.
• Working closely with the warehouse and operations teams.
• Verifying shipping labels and achieving appropriate records.
• Assisting customers with pre-and-post shipping needs
• Unloading and accepting deliveries
