Qualifications

• 2-4 years of logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with a 3PL provider or e-commerce fulfillment workflow.
• Ability to manage multiple execution issues simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational contact with our 3PL provider.
• Handle order corrections and expedited shipping requests.
• Monitor backorder pipeline and report to the Product Manager.
