Job summary

Menasha Packaging Company, LLC is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to accurately coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments. You will manage shipping docs, ensure customer requirements are met, and drive timely truck turnaround to minimize detention charges.

Role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years in shipping/logistics within manufacturing or distribution. Office and dock environments are involved with occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of shipping, receiving, or logistics experience in manufacturing or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain carrier sign-in/sign-out log with appointment numbers, shipping numbers, times, carrier, and destination.
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound loads based on schedule and product readiness.
• Verify loads meet customer specifications (temperature devices, labels, placards, reefer set points).
• Confirm trailer loading matches customer specs (stackability, airbags, straps, load bars).
• Coordinate with Quality to ensure seals and Bills of Lading are complete.
