Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to serve as the primary link between production and customer service, ensuring on-time deliveries and efficient shipment planning. The role requires coordinating inbound and outbound freight, managing inventory transactions, and supporting daily shipping operations.

The position is 100% onsite in Neenah, WI, on 2nd shift, with a pay rate of $27 per hour and coverage through at least 6 PM.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum shipping/receiving and inventory control experience.
• Safety sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required by business needs.
• Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary link between production and customer service to plan on-time deliveries.
• Report data into customer-based systems.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with 3rd party logistics.
• Prepare daily shipment schedules for inbound and outbound loads.
• Schedule freight carriers and assign shipments cost-effectively.
• Adjust inventory in SAP and reconcile inventory as needed.
• Review orders and changes affecting existing shipments.
• Back up shipping manager during absences.
