You will ensure safety, align with company values, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers. A HS diploma and 1–2 years shipping experience preferred; ability to pass background check and drug screening is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to complete assignments that may extend past 5pm.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• 1–2 years of warehouse/shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret shipping information and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Verify cartons labels before loading onto trucks.
• Load cartons into correct UPS or FedEx routes.
• Oversee special handling cartons from invoicing.
• Maintain accurate order weights and dimensions.
• Knowledge of shipping practices and pricing.
• Assist with inventory counts and communicate with Customer Service.
• Support drivers and adhere to daily closing procedures.
• Promote safety and continuous learning within the team.
