Responsibilities

• Process customer orders for shipment and print necessary documents.
• Verify product availability, coordinate with inventory systems, and prepare items for packing.
• Coordinate with customer service on shipment status and address order changes.
• Package and label products to meet quality standards.
• Operate shipping processing systems and scanners.
• Collaborate with outbound team to palletize large orders.
• Keep workstation tidy and regularly restock supplies.
• Ensure proper paperwork stays with orders and is not mixed up.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
