Job summary

Flex is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Henrico, VA to support the distribution process. You will check deliveries, move and sort materials, package and label parts, and ensure accurate paperwork.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, and 2+ years of related experience. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Requires understanding of the distribution system and good computer skills to ensure accuracy in material flow.

Responsibilities

• Check material delivery accuracy and move pallets to holding area.
• Package material for shipment and label parts correctly.
• Stock materials on shelves and maintain neat work area.
• Verify goods received against documents and communicate with team members.
• Lead or supervise other logistics associates as needed.
