Oetiker, Inc. is seeking a reliable Logistics/Shipping Associate to pick, pack and ship customer orders and schedule small package shipments using UPS Worldship and FedEx Ship Manager.

You will prepare palletized shipments, load/unload trucks, and handle documentation such as packing lists, bills of lading, and export paperwork. Prior forklift/stock picker experience and basic computer skills are required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year logistics or supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks and pallet wrapper.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds throughout the day.
• Basic computer skills including scanning equipment.
• UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook

Responsabilidades

• Pick, pack and ship customer orders per customer requirements.
• Schedule small package shipments using UPS Worldship and FedEx Ship Manager software.
• Prepare and schedule palletized shipments.
• Load and unload LTL/FTL trucks.
• Prepare all necessary customer and Oetiker paperwork to support daily shipments including, but not limited to packing lists, bills-of-ladings, USMCA certificates,
• Proforma invoices, Shipper’s Export Declarations and other documentation as needed.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as necessary
