Job summary

Oetiker Group is seeking a shipping/warehouse associate to pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a fast-paced environment. You will schedule small package shipments, prepare palletized shipments, and load/unload trucks while maintaining accurate paperwork and documentation.

The role requires forklift and pallet jack experience, basic computer skills, and strong math, reading, and communication abilities. This position offers growth within a global manufacturing leader.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year logistics or supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks and pallet wrappers.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds consistently.
• Basic computer skills and ability to scan items.
• Strong math, reading comprehension, and communication skills.
• Experience with UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, and MS Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and ship customer orders per requirements.
• Schedule shipments using UPS Worldship and FedEx Ship Manager.
• Prepare palletized shipments and load/unload trucks.
• Prepare packing lists, bills of lading, and related documentation.
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts.
