Job summary

Industrial Tectonics Bearings is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle pick/pack/ship duties, packing boxes, and preparing shipping documents. You will verify part numbers, load/unload trucks, and coordinate with logistics while using AS400 or similar MRP systems.

Forklift certification and English fluency are required. The role involves standing/walking long periods, lifting heavy items, and occasional overtime (Mon-Sat).

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Windows OS and Windows Office proficient.
• AS400 or similar MRP system knowledge a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work well at all levels of the organization.
• Motivated and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Lifting and moving boxes.
• Must stand and walk for long periods and lift heavy items.
• Read and write English fluently.
• Some overtime may be required (Mon-Sat).
• Forklift experience and/or certified.

Responsibilities

• Run pick/pull/pack and shipping tasks from ERP system.
• Create shipping boxes and packing materials.
• Verify part numbers and prepare shipping documents.
• Load and unload trucks; weigh and document materials.
• Operate forklift to move goods and pallets.
• Receive and check in products from vendors against packing lists.
• Prepare shipments and arrange freight pickups.
• Maintain records of materials received and shipped.
• Support production data entry and material handling as needed.
