Job summary

PFI Instore is seeking a reliable Shipping Clerk to support daily shipping and warehouse operations. You will prepare orders, label shipments, and stage goods for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

This role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift packages as needed. You will coordinate with carriers, maintain records, and help keep a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software.
• Ability to lift and move packages as required.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, label, and stage customer orders for shipment.
• Verify quantities, shipping information, and order accuracy.
• Schedule pickups with carriers and coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, and related paperwork.
• Operate shipping systems and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Inspect packages for proper labeling and secure packaging.
• Communicate with warehouse staff, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipments.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
