Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or more.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must be able to work at a safe rate with minimal supervision.
• Able to work fulltime M-F; Weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Track and update order changes in Shop-Floor.
• Notify shipping staff via e-mail about loads and schedule changes.
• Record carrier information and keep daily logs in Excel.
• Assign carriers/trailers to docks per Transportation Planner.
• Use completed load diagrams to verify orders against records.
