Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years shipping/logistics experience.
• Strong Excel and Word skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred).
• Knowledge of trucking operations and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Operate the truck scale and maintain shipment records.
• Schedule daily pickups/deliveries with providers and plant staff.
• Maintain shipping and inventory schedules for timely product movement.
• Maintain accurate inventory and transfer records.
• Process and distribute shipping and production reports.
• Serve as first point of contact for drivers and customers, ensuring safety compliance.
