Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare shipment documentation and load lists.
• Input part data into Oracle EBS and ensure lot trace accuracy.
• Monitor shipping inventory and coordinate with production planning.
• Prepare bills of lading and air bills; pack small shipments.
• Assist dock workers and perform filing as required.
• Operate mobile equipment; forklift experience preferred.
