Responsibilities

• Prepare domestic and international shipments and choose economical methods.
• Select proper containers and pack items per requirements.
• Verify quantities, destination, and routing against work orders.
• Use FedEx, UPS, and DHL portals for shipments.
• Process return shipments from customers.
• Operate relevant equipment (printer, scanner) as needed.
• Package shipments with accurate documentation.
• Follow departmental procedures and complete documentation.
• Conduct quality checks on inbound/outbound product.
• Support production and cross-train as requested.
