Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Clerk to handle domestic and international shipments, packing, validation against orders, and documentation. You will use FedEx, UPS, and DHL portals, manage export control compliance and ITAR requirements, and participate in safety and training programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and stand for long shifts.
• Basic math and problem solving; strong interpersonals and computer skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, customer specifications, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare domestic and international shipments and determine the most economical shipping method.
• Select appropriate shipping containers and pack items according to customer requirements.
• Check items against work orders to verify quantities, destination and routing.
• Operate shipping portals (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and handle return shipments.
• Complete departmental documentation accurately and perform quality checks on inbound/outbound products.
