Job summary

Greene Resources is seeking a Shipping Associate to join a growing and dynamic team in Durham, NC. This full-time role involves preparing, packaging, and processing outgoing shipments, loading and unloading trucks, and verifying contents against orders.

Candidates must have Excel experience in a warehouse setting; a high school diploma is required. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm or 10:30am to 7:00pm, with forklift/pallet jack operation as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have Excel experience in a warehouse setting.
• Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics roles preferred.
• Proficiency with Pivot Tables is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments.
• Load and unload trucks, including handling scrap materials.
• Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate shipping records using Microsoft Excel.
• Inspect and organize materials for shipment and compliance.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.
