Safety is prioritized, and the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. A high school education is preferred, and knowledge of DOT compliance is a plus. This position is essential to keep shipping operations on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop tickets preferred.
• Basic organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate upcoming loads with plant crews for shipping preparation.
• Order and manage rental trailers for loading operations.
• Maintain trailer records including inspections and maintenance.
• Communicate with hauling companies to schedule and confirm deliveries.
• Track daily load progress to ensure on-time shipment.
