You will schedule loads, plan routes, ensure DOT compliance, and lead yard staff to maintain safety and efficiency across all shipping activities. Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a large team.
• Ability to read and interpret fuel logs and mileage reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatch operations and coordinate delivery schedules with Field Service teams.
• Review and manage load lists based on delivery sequence and product weights.
• Plan routes and ensure proper blocking and transport setup.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, permits, and licensing requirements.
• Supervise yard staff and truck drivers based on workload.
• Approve timecards and manage vacation scheduling for team members.
• Coordinate with Patch & Finish team on product readiness for shipment.
• Maintain clear communication across teams to ensure smooth operations.
