Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a Shipping Lister for C Shift to accurately scale cases, palletize, fulfill orders, and safely operate shipping equipment.

You will support inventory accuracy, rework activities, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while handling 50 lb boxes and using forklifts.

This role requires basic math, English proficiency, and dependability for variable hours in a cold warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic math including percentages.
• Must pass Prove It test.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Valid forklift or pallet jack license preferred or ability to obtain.
• Comfortable working in cold environments.
• Willing to learn barcode scanning and equipment.
• Familiar with computer systems.
• Variable hours with excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and perform basic maintenance on auto scale and reweigh station
• Stack 45–50 lb boxes repeatedly by product code
• Assist with rework and case repair
• Submit daily scale adjustment reports
• Maintain sanitation of work area
• Safely operate forklift and pallet jack
• Load trucks by hand or equipment (up to 50 lbs per case)
• Accurately fill customer orders using Telxon
• Report shipping issues to Supervisor or Lead
