Job summary

JBS Foods is seeking a warehouse associate to assemble orders and load trailers for shipment on first shift. Training for 3 weeks will be provided.

Responsibilities include receiving load packets, directing pickers, locating and picking product with a forklift, scanning items, wrapping pallets, and ensuring correct paperwork. The role requires operation of a forklift, safe work practices, and ability to handle up to 100 lbs, in a cold environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate high lift/forklift safely.
• Must demonstrate safe work practices.
• Must pass certification to operate a high lift/forklift.

Responsibilities

• Receive load packets and distribute pick tickets.
• Locate product using the Shop Floor system.
• Operate forklift/high-lift to pick, wrap pallets, and scan products.
• Load trailers in shipment order and meet weight requirements.
• Follow Food Safety and Housekeeping procedures.
