Ideal candidate has 2+ years of warehouse experience with 1+ year shipping lead, strong communication, and ability to lift 40 lbs; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience and at least 1 year in a shipping lead role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Experience operating WMS systems (Latitude), barcode printers/scanners, and order pickers.
• PC literacy with MS Office; prefer P21 experience.
• Ability to work overtime regularly.

Responsibilities

• Direct the shipping team to ensure on-time and accurate shipments.
• Prepare and ship orders to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Use company software to create and schedule orders per delivery dates.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization in the shipping area.
• Ensure ISO processes and work instructions are current and followed.
• Promote quality culture with a customer focus.
• Oversee activities and performance of the shipping team.
