Job summary

Auto-Chlor System in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced Shipping Lead to organize the daily shipping operation, coordinate freight, and ensure accurate preparation and dispatch of parts nationwide.

The role is hands-on and requires forklift experience, leadership of a small Shipping/Material Handling team, and meticulous records management; work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience.
• Experience leading or directing warehouse/shipping employees.
• Forklift experience required.
• Knowledge of shipping records and documentation.
• Ability to prioritize and organize shipments.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize daily shipping orders.
• Provide day-to-day direction to Shipping/Material Handling team members.
• Assign tasks for pulling, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Review outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain shipping records and documentation.
• Process shipping and inventory transactions in company systems.
• Coordinate with freight carriers and pickups.
