Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Horseshoe Beach, FL, is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to lead the loading and shipping team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure orders are loaded accurately and on time, maintain inventory integrity, and complete MES transactions.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in manufacturing or shipping, leadership experience, and proficient computer skills to work with MES, ERP, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping.
• 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Strong computer skills to learn MES/ERP and MS Office.
• Ability to read work orders and production schedules.
• Lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement experience.
• Experience in metal manufacturing or building products industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct daily loading and shipping team activities.
• Coordinate loading priorities with production schedules and deliveries.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and meet customer specs before departure.
• Verify labels, tags, and shipping documentation.
• Perform MES transactions and maintain shipping records.
• Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, and Scheduling.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely.
• Identify process improvements to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
