Job summary

The role requires at least two years in a related role, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team while maintaining organized records and adherence to warehouse procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• At least two years of related work experience.
• Experience leading a team of peers.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily workflow of warehouse staff.
• Lead team in safety checks and equipment readiness.
• Inspect and verify quality/quantity of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure outgoing deliveries meet quality standards and signatures.
• Maintain inventory records and distribute stock as needed.
• Communicate rules, policies, and objectives to team.
• Maintain accurate work records and reporting.
• Collaborate on process improvements in the department.
• Resolve conflicts within the team and with other staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
