Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be forklift operation certified and have at least 2 years of forklift experience.
• Stable work history.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to direct and train employees.
• Experience related to duties preferred.

Responsibilities

• At shift start, check area for safety, cleanliness, and mechanical problems.
• Operate forklift and other equipment; ensure daily inspections.
• Plan daily runs for local outbound orders and coordinate with shipping supervisor.
• Call carriers for pickups and prepare bills of lading and export documentation.
• Ensure correct quantities, destination, and routing; load trailers safely and timely.
• Receive/unload materials; inspect packing slips and PO; conduct inventory counts.
• Lead, guide, and train employees; enter work orders into SAP/HRMS.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment; comply with policies.
