Job summary

Highline Warren, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Lead to ensure the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing products in a busy warehouse. You will supervise a team, coordinate daily tasks, operate forklifts, and use our WMS to record material movements.

The role requires physical stamina, adherence to safety rules, and strong communication with supervisors and teammates to meet quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small to mid-size warehouse team.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to operate forklifts and use pallet jacks as needed.
• Proficient in using a warehouse management system (WMS) for record keeping.
• Strong communication and problem solving to coordinate tasks.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in fast-paced tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily responsibilities of team members to ensure shipping/receiving needs are met.
• Prepare and distribute assignments to team members.
• Safely use powered industrial trucks and other machinery to efficiently transport materials and products.
• Use the company’s warehouse management system (WMS) to accurately record movement of materials and products.
• Safely and efficiently load and unload trailers, shelves, racks, and pallets.
• Accurately inventory materials and product.
• Weigh materials and products and record weight on tags, labels, and production schedules.
• Maintain an open and candid working relationship with supervisor/manager.
