Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous forklift experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift is required.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Working knowledge of computer systems, Microsoft Office, SAP.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; flexible and eager to grow with the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain familiarity with stock levels and daily duties.
• Provide team with information and tools to perform duties.
• Oversee task completion and provide hands-on assistance as needed.
• Record pre-use checks in the system or vehicle logbook.
• Verify inbound/outbound quantities and conditions; record data accurately.
• Unload goods and stack to assigned places using forklift.
• Use SAP RFID scanning system accurately to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate to keep RF monitors in good condition.
• Transport materials to production following FIFO procedures.
• Assist with CP systems, including audits as required.
• Ensure safety and GMP adherence in warehouse operations.
