You will coordinate shipments, prepare orders, operate forklifts, maintain accuracy in records, and support quarterly inventories while following safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse/transportation/distribution environment.
• Forklift certification/license.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform accurate calculations.
• Experience with inventory systems and warehouse equipment preferred.
• Ability to maintain a productive and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with carriers, freight companies, and forwarders.
• Schedule shipments and oversee truck loading/unloading.
• Verify shipping documents and maintain shipping records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Pick, pack, scan, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Generate shipping labels and shipping reports.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product quality.
• Assist with quarterly physical inventories.
• Wrap and band pallets when required.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and shelf pickers.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
