Job summary

IPL Schoeller in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Operator to support production and logistics. You will operate forklifts, supply materials, move goods to storage, and perform equipment checks while maintaining accurate inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Valid forklift operator certification/license; Counterbalance, Reach truck and PPT.
• 1–2 years of forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Understanding of warehouse/production operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate various forklifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and transport materials.
• Supply production lines with raw materials and remove finished goods to designated storage areas.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with general production/warehouse duties as needed, including packaging, labeling, and organizing materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow.
