The Pond Guy is seeking a Production Material Handler in southeastern Michigan for a full-time, year-round role focused on accuracy and reliability. You will follow established processes, participate in training, and support multiple warehouse functions to ensure smooth production flow.

Responsibilities include inventory replenishment, cycle counts, and coordinating with other departments. A positive, detail-oriented attitude is essential to deliver high-quality service to customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in material handling.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• 1-3 years of computer experience.
• Ability to follow procedures methodically.
• Forklift certified experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Replenish production inventory to keep locations stocked.
• Maintain and organize stock locations in warehouse.
• Complete material requests for other departments.
• Assist in material receiving functions when required.
• Perform cycle counts of inventory.
• Consolidate overflow items to optimize space.
• Operate equipment safely per guidelines and safety practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally when needed.
