Black Bear Talent is seeking a Shipping Utility Worker to handle secondary case picking and place cases onto conveyors, helping ensure smooth processing in the plant.

Responsibilities include using a WMS to track units, maintaining accurate inventory records, loading and unloading pallets, securing loads, and assisting with inbound pallets while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) inventory software and scanners.
• Experience with order processing systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify, track, and record units moved using a WMS scanner and manifest.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to appropriate personnel.
• Perform secondary case picking and place cases onto conveyors for processing.
• Load and unload products onto/from pallets, trailers, conveyors, and racks.
• Ensure accuracy and condition of loads and secure them for transport.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment when authorized.
