Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, seeks a Bun Shipping Utility Person to support daily shipping, inventory, and material handling. You will determine priorities at shift start and execute a broad range of duties across High‑Bay, Looper, and shipping activities.

Responsibilities include inventory tagging, conveyor operation, crane use, monthly counts, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment while communicating with supervisors and teammates to resolve issues.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED; or equivalent education/experience.
• 6 months in a manufacturing setting; 3 months with heavy machinery preferred.
• Ability to prioritize shift tasks and work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate operational needs at the start of each shift and set priorities.
• Perform inventory tasks including tagging, scanning, locating, and counting bun inventory.
• Operate and monitor conveyors to move foam in High-Bay and Looper areas.
• Operate the Looper crane to move and position foam inventory safely.
• Participate in monthly inventory counts and document results.
• Fill in for truck line employees and crane operators as needed.
• Clear the pour line after VISCO pours and prep for next cycle.
• Support shipping activities: staging, labeling, pallet movement, order prep.
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates to coordinate workflow.
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards; complete additional duties as needed.
