Job summary

Sterlingtech is seeking a Shipping Clerk to manage the daily outflow of orders, organize inventory, and coordinate pallet shipments. The role requires careful documentation, strong communication, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment.

You will work closely with the supervisor to ensure on-time delivery, maintain stockroom organization, and support production materials movement as needed. This full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and inventory management.
• Ability to review shipment schedules and document damages.
• Proficiency with warehouse documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries and distributing packages within the company.
• Maintain the stockroom by organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items regularly.
• Schedule large shipments and plan logistics so there is space for incoming items.
• Keep files of goods shipped and prepare daily shipping reports.
• Handle shipping issues and customer complaints to resolve them.
• Prepare merchandise for shipping by packaging, labeling, and moving items with forklifts/pallet jacks.
• Assist in material prep and movement for production materials.
