Job summary

Lennox in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Shipping Clerk/Order Picker to coordinate outbound and inbound shipments, ensure accuracy, and support timely fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse. You will pick, verify, label, and stage orders, generate shipping documents, operate forklift equipment when needed, and collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in warehouse/shipping/receiving preferred.
• Experience with order picking and inventory control preferred.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer and internal orders for shipment.
• Verify orders and prepare shipments for distribution.
• Label, pack, and stage shipments per procedures.
• Generate shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, labels).
• Coordinate carrier pickups and select shipping methods.
• Receive incoming shipments and reconcile with purchase orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize warehouse space.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts.
• Track shipments and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers on schedules.
• Ensure a clean, safe shipping area.
• Operate forklift equipment as needed.
