Job summary

Lennox is seeking a Warehouse/Material Handler to support production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The role requires moving, stocking, and transporting materials to keep lines running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, forklift experience or certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime and weekend work are sometimes required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand work orders, labels and production documentation.
• Must communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Able to work a 10‑hour/day schedule.
• Forklift certification or ability to safely operate forklift equipment.
• Able to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the facility safely.

Responsibilities

• Supply raw materials, components, and parts to designated production and assembly areas.
• Keep workstations stocked with necessary materials for daily operations.
• Move finished goods and excess inventory as required.
• Stack, organize, and load materials onto pallets for storage or shipment.
• Transport materials between warehouse and production using hand trucks or forklifts.
• Verify and deliver materials using work orders or delivery documentation.
• Assist with inventory activities including cycle counts and material tracking.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Support other departments during downtime or peak periods.
