Responsibilities include updating orders, communicating with customers and plant personnel, and maintaining accurate invoicing and packaging per customer specs. This is a full-time, on-site position with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete shipping information, including paperwork and delivery date input.
• Serve as customer plant contact for ship-to locations and portals.
• Manage jobs/work orders for service parts and daily finished goods inventory.
• Routinely update and complete sales order entry in the system.
• Coordinate trucking arrangements for daily loading and unloading.
• Transmit data in ASN and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain adequate dunnage for production and shipments.
• Ensure invoicing is completed according to schedule.
• Generate shipping labels and confirm material handling packaging meets specs.
• Interface with manufacturing and purchasing on status and planning.
