Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years' related manufacturing or logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order planning and order fulfillment.
• Maintain team shipment report for leadership visibility of upcoming shipments.
• Create accurate shipment bookings in individual customer web environments.
• Coordinate and monitor all Contract Customer shipments.
• Complete all shipping documentation in accordance with procedures.
• Ensure resources are used effectively (labor, docks, equipment, RF scanners).
• Utilize SAP to manage Contract Customer inventory and shipments.
• Plan and track shipments with proper BOL, packing slips, and pallet labels.
• Maintain perpetual inventory and logs for contract warehouses.
• Coordinate daily logistics staff workload.
• Ensure load verification forms and pallets are confirmed.
• Maintain familiarity with outgoing shipments of Contract products.
• Verify incoming production tickets from factory.
• Assist Inventory Coordinator and with annual inventory.
• Travel between Mazeppa and surrounding DCs (<10 miles).
• Maintain CHEP pallet replenishment and inventory.
• Ensure CHEP pallets are used on required shipments.
