Wavepoint is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Support Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of outgoing shipments and support efficient warehouse operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

You will generate shipping labels, bills of lading, coordinate carrier pickups, verify shipments, maintain records, assist with inventory counts, and ensure safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse certifications are a plus.
• Prior shipping or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments.
• Good communication and collaborative work style.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Verify shipment accuracy by inspecting items, quantities, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of shipped items and update inventory systems.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols during shipping.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve shipping issues.
