Wavepoint 3PL is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Support Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of outgoing shipments. You will support customer service and efficient warehouse operations, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key duties include generating shipping documents, coordinating carrier pickups, and maintaining precise inventory records. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications in logistics/warehouse are a plus.
• Prior experience in shipping, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and other necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Verify shipment accuracy by inspecting items, quantities, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of shipped items and update inventory systems accordingly.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols during shipping processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve shipping issues.
