Qualifications

• Workload may vary and shifts may start/end at different times.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Review dates to ensure they are within the guidelines of the receiving country.
• Review photos/folder of shipment information and obtain approval from management before loading.
• Close out all orders to finalize shipments.
• Communicate with market managers on product issues.
• Generate daily reports on all items requiring approval.
• Generate fees on folders.
• Clerical duties: answering phones, filing, responding to inquiries, photocopying, etc.
