Job summary

Sysco Corporation in Kansas City is seeking a night shift warehouse clerk to provide general clerical support and assist in warehouse operations under general supervision.

Responsibilities include generating and exporting orders, communicating with routing, maintaining documents, tracking shipping statistics, and ensuring GMP and SQF compliance; prior data entry and basic Excel knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of data entry experience preferred.
• Basic Excel skills and good communication required.

Responsibilities

• Generate, clear flags and export orders in BFC Dakota in the truck builder for night shift selectors.
• Communicate with the routing department for special instructions on a nightly basis.
• Collate all labels, check-offs and load sheets for night shift operation.
• On a daily basis, complete all duties shown on the daily list.
• Track and record shipping statistics for the night shift on a nightly basis.
• Review catchweight data input for accuracy.
• Develop invoices for all routes.
• Collect and distribute all needed documentation for the transportation department.
• Adhere to GMP, personal hygiene, and SQF policies and procedures as described in Sysco safety training.
• Assist in product recalls as needed.
