Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a warehouse associate to accurately pick products in the warehouse and prepare them for shipping. You will stack items securely, label products, and move them with an electric pallet jack to the dock for staging.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and adherence to GMP/SQF policies in a cool or freezer environment. Daily duties include order assembly, labeling, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read customer orders and pick products accurately.
• Frequent lifting of 10–75 lbs and up to 100 lbs; stand for long periods.
• Operate an electric pallet jack safely.
• Work in coolers/freezers and varying temperatures.
• Follow GMP/SQF and hygiene policies.

Responsibilities

• Read orders from label screen and select product by slot and description.
• Assemble customer orders on pallets in the proper sequence.
• Attach labels to products.
• Operate electric pallet jack to move products to dock for staging.
• Report damage and perform daily equipment checks.
• Assist in daily facility cleaning and sign off on assigned areas.
• Sign in/out for equipment and follow work instructions.
• Adhere to GMP, personal hygiene, and SQF policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
