Qualifications

• HSD or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse office experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit warehouse folders for accuracy and close out orders in the system.
• Review dates within guidelines for the receiving country.
• Review shipment folder photos and obtain management approval before loading.
• Close out all orders to finalize shipments.
• Communicate with market managers on product issues.
• Generate daily reports on items requiring approval.
• Generate fees on folders.
• Clerical duties: phone, filing, inquiries, photocopying, etc.
