Job summary

DecisionPoint Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to manage the full shipping cycle, coordinate with sales, service, and customers, and maintain accurate records in NetSuite and other systems. You will support receiving, inventory, cycle counts, and warehouse organization to ensure on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include preparing shipments, tracking status, correcting RMAs, and training team members on shipping procedures.

Qualifications

Ability to manage and maintain documentation related to shipping, inventory, and returns.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize daily tasks effectively.
Ability to maintain an orderly, organized, and customer-ready warehouse environment.
Understanding of shipping processes, RMA handling, and shipment tracking.
Familiarity with domestic and international shipping requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities

Prepare shipments for all orders, RMAs, equipment, parts, and other goods.
Coordinate and communicate shipment details with management, Sales, Customer Service, service providers, and other stakeholders.
Track, trace, update, and report on outgoing shipment status.
Support Operations and Service Managers with daily administrative activities.
Create and distribute return labels for customers and Sales team members as needed.
Order shipping, receiving, and quality-control materials.
