Job summary

Arizona Restaurant Supply is seeking a Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerk in Phoenix to maintain accurate inventory through regular counts, manage returns, and document data in NetSuite. You will verify shipments, prepare orders for dispatch, and coordinate inter-facility transfers with teams in Tucson and Phoenix.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to learn and train others on new systems as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control procedures and data management.
• Ability to learn new computer systems quickly.
• Finely tuned attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming shipments and ensure internal records are accurate.
• Unpack and examine incoming shipments.
• Compare sales orders and purchase orders with shipments for accuracy.
• Prepare items for outgoing shipments and label/pack appropriately.
• Examine outgoing shipments for quality and conformance.
• Process returns in the system and restock or return to vendor.
• Coordinate transfers between Tucson and Phoenix facilities.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Conduct regular warehouse stock counts and verify NetSuite data.
• Tag and research returned items and update records.
• Enter overstock and unidentified items into NetSuite and Overstock List.
• Coordinate with Inventory and Sales teams on returns and manufacturer authorizations.
• Work with Tucson team to ensure NetSuite data accuracy.
• Notify project managers about deliveries not included in shipments.
• Establish reorder protocols to maintain stock levels.
• Drive cycle counts and annual inventory counts in Phoenix warehouse.
• Assist with inter-warehouse transfers and document in NetSuite.
• Other duties as assigned.
