Job summary

COAST Products is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to keep orders accurate, inventory data on point, and fulfillment operations running smoothly. You’ll work with NetSuite, PaceJet, and freight management platforms, partnering with picking, packing, inbound and outbound freight teams.

Responsibilities include processing daily dropship orders for DTC channels, managing pick tickets in NetSuite, performing cycle counts, and supporting warehouse transfers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems for order processing and inventory tracking (NetSuite, PaceJet).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Comfort learning and adapting to new software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare daily dropship orders for customers across ecommerce channels.
• Process order documentation for key accounts within NetSuite and related systems.
• Generate and manage pick tickets in NetSuite and prioritize workload for picking team.
